Hi, I'm Kate

I am an education consultant who started teaching English in East London, before becoming a senior leader for many years.

Now I work with schools to develop teaching, learning and curriculum. And share my experience developing teams and coaching.

This includes my knowledge as an academic from both working and studying at UCL/IOE. I'm currently completing my PhD with them in philosophy of education.

I've worked with teachers and leaders on national and international projects. Including being part of OFSTED's research team for curriculum and lesson observations.

What I do

I work with educators from all over the world to combine practice with theory.

My work varies depending on school's needs and context. It includes:

Creating and delivering bespoke CPD
Coaching and developing teams
Evaluating and reviewing teaching and learning
Creating online training
